Orders
Browse our collections, select your item, choose any available options, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
We process orders quickly, so modifications are not always possible. Contact us at yilmaz@acktem.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help before it ships.
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout as soon as your order is placed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your card details.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.
Standard orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set threshold — this will be shown clearly at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
First, check with neighbours or any safe spots near your door. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at yilmaz@acktem.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

Dubai Chocolate is a viral, indulgent chocolate made with a signature pistachio and knafeh filling wrapped in a rich chocolate shell. It became a global sensation for its unique texture — crispy, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. Our version is carefully sourced to match the quality and experience that made it famous.
Absolutely. All of our chocolate products come in premium packaging designed to impress. Whether you are buying for a birthday, a holiday, or just because — our products arrive looking and feeling like a proper gift. No additional wrapping needed.
Our chocolate products may contain or be produced in facilities that handle:
- Milk and dairy
- Tree nuts (including pistachios)
- Gluten / wheat
- Soy
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Ideal storage temperature is between 60–70°F (15–21°C). Avoid refrigerating unless stated on the packaging, as condensation can affect texture and flavour.
Our chocolate-covered fruit sticks are dried fruit pieces enrobed in a layer of premium chocolate. They combine the natural sweetness of fruit with a rich chocolate coating — a snack that is indulgent but feels a little lighter. Available in multiple flavour varieties.
Yes. Acktem is a curated lifestyle destination. Alongside our chocolate range, we carry luxury towels, robes, and other refined everyday essentials. We continue to add new products as we discover items that meet our standard for quality and experience.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Email us at yilmaz@acktem.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, perishable items including all food and chocolate products cannot be returned due to their nature. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed without resolution, contact us at yilmaz@acktem.com.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at yilmaz@acktem.com straight away with a photo and your order number. We will assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
