How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions at checkout for the latest shipping thresholds.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
How is chocolate shipped safely?
All chocolate products are packaged with insulated materials to protect against heat damage during transit. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package promptly, especially during warmer months.

What is Original Belgian Chocolate?
Original Belgian Chocolate is chocolate that meets strict Belgian quality standards — including minimum cocoa content, tempering process, and ingredient purity. Belgium has 400+ years of chocolate-making tradition, and the "Original Belgian" designation is a quality guarantee.
Are the fruit sticks Non-GMO?
Yes. All Beemax Belgian Chocolate Fruit Sticks are Non-GMO certified and made with real dried fruit — no artificial flavoring.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store all chocolate products in a cool, dry place below 68°F (20°C), away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging and consume within 2–3 weeks for best quality. Do not refrigerate — refrigeration can cause sugar bloom (white patches) that affects texture.
What sizes do the packs come in?
We offer 3-Pack, 6-Pack, and 12-Pack options for all products — great for personal use, gifting, or stocking up. The more you buy, the more you save.
Do the cheesecake bars contain real dairy?
Yes. The cheesecake cream filling in our Beemax chocolate bars contains real dairy ingredients including cream cheese. Please refer to the product label for complete allergen information.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at yilmaz@acktem.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement promptly.
