FAQ
Thoughtful treats for elevated everyday living.
Acktem was built for people who believe the everyday deserves better. From Dubai chocolate to Tiny Bites, everything we carry is chosen to feel worth it.
Born from a belief that everyday things should feel special.
Acktem began with a simple observation: the things people reach for every day, like a piece of chocolate or a gift for someone they love, rarely feel as considered as they should. We set out to build a shop filled with products people genuinely enjoy buying, sharing and coming back for.
Drawn to products that leave an impression.
That can mean a Dubai chocolate worth savoring or a treat people cannot stop talking about. Everything we carry is chosen with an eye for quality, enjoyment and a sense of discovery.
A growing destination for standout treats.
Acktem keeps growing as a place for people who want more from the treats they bring home, with new finds added as we discover them. Whether you are treating yourself or finding the perfect gift, Acktem is where you find it.
Every item in our collection earns its place, on your table or as a gift you are proud to give.

Products
What is Original Belgian Chocolate?
Original Belgian Chocolate is chocolate that meets strict Belgian quality standards — including minimum cocoa content, tempering process, and ingredient purity. Belgium has 400+ years of chocolate-making tradition, and the "Original Belgian" designation is a quality guarantee.
Are the fruit sticks Non-GMO?
Yes. All Beemax Belgian Chocolate Fruit Sticks are Non-GMO certified and made with real dried fruit — no artificial flavoring.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store all chocolate products in a cool, dry place below 68°F (20°C), away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging and consume within 2–3 weeks for best quality. Do not refrigerate — refrigeration can cause sugar bloom (white patches) that affects texture.
What sizes do the packs come in?
We offer 3-Pack, 6-Pack, and 12-Pack options for all products — great for personal use, gifting, or stocking up. The more you buy, the more you save.
Do the cheesecake bars contain real dairy?
Yes. The cheesecake cream filling in our Beemax chocolate bars contains real dairy ingredients including cream cheese. Please refer to the product label for complete allergen information.
